Am I allowed to gamble?
It is your responsibility to know whether you are legally allowed to gamble in your country. Make sure that you are legally old enough to gamble. We may ask you to provide proof of your identity and age.
Remember, you are only allowed to play at 7Sultans if it is legal in your country for you to do so.
Which laws apply if there are any disputes?
We are licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and are subject to the laws of Malta. You can direct any complaints to either the independent online gaming regulator eCogra or directly to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). License numbers MGA/CL1/542/2008 and MGA/CL3/542/2008 were both issued on 16 June 2010. License number MGA/CL1/932/2013 was issued on 6 November 2014.
I don't understand the details of your terms and conditions, how can I understand them better?

Why can't I get my offers on a different casino account?
You are only allowed to open one account per Fortune Lounge casino. We will close any additional accounts that you open. Promotions and free money are only valid on the account that you have registered with us and are not transferable to another player.
However, some promotions are valid across all Fortune Lounge casinos. For example, your weekly deposit match bonus may be used on any Fortune Lounge casino. For a list of Fortune Lounge casinos click here.

What do I need to send you in order to withdraw my winnings?
If this is your first withdrawal with any of our casinos, chances are that our Player Security Department will ask for certain documents to verify your identity. We may request these documents on later withdrawals or at random to ensure the security of your accounts. This is to make sure that we comply with money laundering regulations and the rules of our governing bodies.
These documents are:
- The front and back of your driving licence or any other official government-issued photographic identification
- A utility bill (for example gas, electricity, water or telephone) not older than three months with your name and the address you have registered with us
- The front and back of any credit or debit cards that were used to make a deposit at the casino
How can I make a deposit?
We offer a number of different deposit options to our players. These include VISA and MasterCard credit, debit and pre-paid cards, various web wallets and pre-paid vouchers.

What are wagering requirements?
Wagering requirements are a restriction placed on any bonus credits that are put into your account by the casino. These need to be met before the bonus can be withdrawn from the casino.
Every online casino has wagering requirements – or play-through requirements – in some way, shape or form. It is important to understand that wagering requirements only apply to bonuses. If you don't have or don't accept any bonuses offered to you, there will be no wagering requirements.
The reason for wagering requirements is that you are technically playing with the casino's money – money that has been put into your account by the casino. Naturally, we want you to enjoy playing with this money at our casino and you cannot therefore withdraw it without playing. It's like a shop giving you a voucher to buy things in their shop – you can't use it at another shop.
So what exactly are the wagering requirements?
It is the number of times you have to bet your money before it can be withdrawn.

How do I know what the wagering requirement is on my bonus?
The wagering requirement on a bonus is always 40 times the value of that bonus. So, if you get a bonus of €1, the wagering requirement is €40. That means that you must place bets worth €40 before you can withdraw any winnings from your account.
However, not all games contribute the same amount to your wagering requirements. To see what games contribute what percentage to your wagering requirement see the promotion terms and conditions point 22.
What if I want to withdraw my own money before meeting the wagering requirements?
In most cases, bonus amounts credited to your Bonus Balance are subject to 40 times wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn, and New Player Welcome Bonuses are subject to 40 times wagering requirements before you are able to make withdrawals. Should you wish to withdraw your own money, prior to meeting any wagering requirements which might be in place, please contact support. Under these circumstances, you will forfeit any cash winnings and the remaining bonus balance.
